LOCAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
I can deliver to local St. John's addresses and surrounding areas. This is an option at checkout for orders over $20. Items will be delivered promptly the next day during deliveries to the address you put into the shipping address Field. This is the fastest option for local orders. Due to covid this is a contactless delivery service with sanitized parcels, an email will be sent from the delivery vehicle of its arrival.
LOCAL PICK UP INFORMATION
This service is cuurently not available due to covid. We hope to open the new shop soon as this is all over. At that point this option will become available again and you can select local pick up. This means you will be sent an email after checkout with the pick up location. It’ll be prepaid and prepackaged. This is a good option because I do not have all items made and on hand at all times. This makes sure you get what you want from the online shop in person.
Items will be shipped within 12 hours of your order.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days from which shipment is received.
Notice must be given to email@example.com to obtain a return authorization within the first 14 days.
Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned.
For all returns and exchanges shipping costs are that of the shipper and all costs must be pre-paid.

Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number.
AFTER 7 DAYS ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN.
